Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen den Akku aus den ZNA's zu entnehmen, die Dinger nicht unbeaufsichtigt liegen zu lassen !!!
Das Teil ist mir äußerst suspekt zwischenzeitlich und ich war wirklich ein fan von dem Dingens.

Message: hi, 2 months my ZNA 30 worked fine. Yesterday after changing only a new battery on my ZNA went immediately on permanent firing when I screwed on the bottom-cap on it. Can't use it any more - I am very, very sad about it, I liked this device a lot. But this now is highly dangerous !
I heared it only because my FEV 3 vaporizer is relatively loud burning - when You don't hear this before, vaporizer fires and fires - pressing the fire-button doesn't change this, it don't stop firing when battery is inside, so this is really dangerous if a user don't perceive this.
What could it be - you have any advices ??? What to do with... couldn't find also nothing in my forum or in others about this malfunction of the device.
I am also no technician...

but we may think your ZNA 30 was damaged when you changing the battery ,due to your inappropriate operation.And we never heard of this situation from other customers,And in this situation, we can't send you a new one ,but as your concern ,you can pay for 90% price for this device,then we can send a new one to you, Is that OK?

WHAT can be in "inappropriate" even if you change a battery and after causes such a failure ?! What a bullshit - never hear such nonsense !
I am also using it since 2 months now ! If there would be a "inappropiate" usage b4 - why didn't happened this dangerous malfunction before then ?!
I will publish your very helpful answer in some forums...
If I have time for I'll send it back to You - its a Warranty-case when it burned off in future (..and needs no 10 % rebated price for a new one and I have to pay 90 % of a product-failure!) Also maybe a good promotion 4 Yr helpful service published in the web after maybe.
I asked for an advice what to do & maybe how to fix this problem maybe by myself - not such a bullshit answer from Yr customer defence instead of customer care!
